QTZ100 (TC6013) tower crane is a popular top-slewing hammerhead tower crane with rated lifting moment of 1000 kN·m. It is widely applied for mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial workshops and bridge construction projects. This tower crane comes with a 60-meter jib, maximum lifting capacity of 8 tons, and jib tip load of 1.3 tons at full 60m working radius.

The free-standing height of QTZ100 TC6013 tower crane reaches 46m, and the maximum attaching height can go up to 180m with wall tie supports. Equipped with hydraulic self-climbing system, the tower can rise gradually along with building construction progress. Its standard sections are fabricated from Q345B high-strength steel with anti-corrosion spray coating, featuring high structural rigidity, stable performance and long service life.

Hoisting, trolley and slewing mechanisms adopt variable frequency drive technology, realizing smooth start, stable operation and precise material positioning. A complete safety protection system is equipped, including overload limiter, height limiter, slewing limiter and wind speed alarm device to ensure safe site operation.
