QTZ80 (TC6010) tower crane, also known as TC6010 topkit tower crane, is a widely used horizontal jib top slewing tower crane for building construction. It features a 60-meter working jib, maximum lifting capacity of 8 tons, and jib tip load of 1.0 ton, with rated lifting moment of 800 kN·m.

This QTZ80 TC6010 tower crane adopts hydraulic self-climbing system. Its free-standing height reaches 40m, and the maximum attaching height can go up to 150m, which meets the demands of mid-rise and high-rise building projects. The standard section uses heavy-duty welded steel structure with anti-corrosion spray coating, ensuring stable performance and long service life.

The hoisting mechanism, slewing mechanism and trolley mechanism are equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation, delivering smooth start & stop and precise material positioning. Full set safety limit devices are installed, including overload limiter, height limiter, slewing limiter and wind speed alarm to guarantee site operation safety.
