TZ160 (TC6518) tower crane is a heavy-duty top-slewing hammerhead tower crane with rated lifting moment of 1600 kN·m. It is widely used for high-rise residential buildings, large commercial complexes, bridge projects and heavy infrastructure construction. This tower crane features a 65-meter jib, maximum lifting capacity of 10 tons, and jib tip load of 1.8 tons at full 65m working radius.

The free-standing height of QTZ160 TC6518 tower crane reaches 50m, and the maximum attaching height can extend up to 200m with wall tie supports. Equipped with hydraulic self-climbing system, the tower can rise synchronously with building construction. Its standard sections adopt Q345B high-strength steel structure with anti-corrosion spray coating, delivering excellent structural rigidity, stable operation and long service life under heavy-load working conditions.

Hoisting, trolley and slewing mechanisms adopt variable frequency drive technology, enabling smooth start & stop and accurate material positioning. A complete safety protection system is equipped, including overload limiter, height limiter, slewing limiter and wind speed alarm device to guarantee construction site safety.
