QTD80(D4522) is a typical luffing jib tower crane with rated lifting moment of 800 kN·m. Different from conventional horizontal trolley tower cranes, it adopts jib luffing (boom pitching) to adjust working radius instead of trolley travelling. It is highly popular for compact urban construction sites where horizontal‑jib cranes cannot rotate freely.

This luffing tower crane features maximum jib length of 45 m, maximum lifting capacity of 8 tons, and 2.2 t tip load at 45 m working radius. It is equipped with hydraulic self‑climbing jack‑up system. The free‑standing height reaches 27 m; with tie‑in attachment frames, the maximum working height can go up to over 160 m according to actual project requirements.
